Parent: As most angels are depicted as male, her father is a low level angel, a Cherubim(basically Angel of Love) and her mother is an Art teacher.
Power: She has Empathy, Telepathy and a very weak form of Telekinesis, she uses to fly at low  altitudes.
Personality: Kind and gentle, a little air-headed and silly. Has a lot of giggle-fits and is OBSESSED with music and art.

Appearance: She is tiny and frail looking. Thin and pale. Has a pixie cut hair, with vivid green for the color. Her eyes are white, but a slightly darker shade on the irises than the Sclera. She's five-foot-four, an A-cup and is not curved. She wears a simple outfit. green half-sleeved jacket over  white long-sleeved shirt with a black guitar on it, brown Capri-pants and brown hiking boots. She has brown glasses, but not in a Hipster style, she just has terrible vision.
Bio: Her father was bored with his job...one day, he found a lovely woman teaching children art at a Pre-school. he simply fell in love...the two had a one-night-stand and she ended up pregnant. She raised Julia by herself and Julia is new to the whole fighting thing.
