New Orleans, Louisiana Another day and another trial completed, Louis felt exhausted with how much talking he had to do and all of the evidence he had needed to study for the trial. This one had him defending a man accused of abuse by his ex-wife and she planned to take the kids for full custody. After background checks and examining the evidence and testimonies, Louis was able prove to the jury that his client wasn't guilty of the accusation and that his ex-wife was a lying wife of the devil. He was now on his way to get food and as he walked by the patches of dirt with trees planted in them on the edge of the sidewalk, Louis made the branches grow a bit in a discreet way. This was only a tiny fraction of his power and if he wasn't in an crowded urban area then he would have practiced his powers even more. The power to control all plants was one with a great many possibilities and one day he would be fine using it to its full potential. Louis stopped by a restaurant and ordered a curry and waited little time before he was served. After a nice lunch, he headed home and thought about how his next court case would go and if he would be able to get another victory. The bad side about being a defending lawyer in these cases meant that he was rather unpopular with the social justice warriors that hanged around his city. "I prey that the lord calls on me to do his will soon before the sinners corrupted more of my home and country" he said to himself as he neared his home. Once there he went into his living room and sat on his chair to read his bible.
