Unless of course muskets can't do that in which case I'm stupid. :lol But yeah, the idea so far would be a Paramecia that lets him produce and manipulate sound waves through his voice or an instrument or etc. (supersonic clap, anyone?) for a variety of effects such as throwing his voice across certain distances and maybe echolocation due to superhuman hearing abilities. I can scale him to whatever you think would be appropriate, since again, I don't know too much about One Piece, or I can always go the Doctor route unless [@The Irish Tree]'s already made strides toward it.
