So not to come off as a massive cunt, but going through the posts...
"Also, begin the invasion of Kentucky, I want it done by the time we meet an agreement of alliance.".
But I hope you know how fucked the terrain of Kentucky is. Half of it is highlands and in the heart of the Appalachian mountains. The other half has enough major rivers that'll be a pain in the ass to ford and local defenders can just blow the bridges to give themselves time to regroup. I'm actively trying not to try and challenge a lot of things. But I really got to call this out. Hopefully it's only wishful thinking on the part of the character's own delusions and not your own of what you think Kentucky is, Rebel. And a friend of mine from the Kentucky area would like to express that: the landscape of Kentucky is a bear to even hike across and there are multiple vital dams in the state that when blown can and will flood your territory down river. So again, I really hope as a player you don't think you can take something like Kentucky in the course of a week. And of course if they destroyed the Cumberland River Dam you'd have over 6 million cubic feet of water washing out the Cumberland River watershed and destroying all southern-border access. And the Cumberland Lake that's the artificial resevoir is in polite terms of tactical geography: an absolute clusterfuck of coves, cliffs, and other such fun.
