I dunno it could apply to guys as well. Im sure some enjoy having a girl rest their head against their chest, flat or not. Or to be smothered by a girls boobs (probably a rarer sight but it can happen) or even between guys enjoying the feeling of holding or resting.

Just depends on preferance.
