"And we're working on that, even now. And the only inevitability here is that today will end at some point, everything else is up in the air still," Aito responded, smiling as Viral finally took a seat, "Nothing is set in stone, so please, do try to relax. We've absolutely nothing scheduled for today, your job for today is simply to take time off." Well that wasn't entirely true, they might have an appointment later in the evening, but that aside he wasn't particularly pushing for anything. There was also the matter of meeting the rebel leader at some point, perhaps try knocking some sense into the man. He'd not hold his breath, but the doctor was hopeful that he could avert further fighting if he could convince the rebels that this war was moot. It was likely equivalent to knocking one's head on a brick wall hoping to break it down, but he had to try. Swirling the dark liquid around in his tea glass, Aito stared down into it silently for a moment before smiling, his eyes shifting back up to Viral. "You did well yesterday, by the way. I don't know if anyone thanked you, but those who you and Vegeta helped could not stop singing your praises. They were very grateful for your help and for making those jobs go by so much faster." "Don't wanna play? Huh... Alright," Takeshi mumbled, giving it a small shrug. Weird that the lady didn't want to join in, it had to be awfully boring just standing there watching. Snatching the ball out of the air when Shu gave it a toss he bounced it again in his hands, smirking as his little brother seemed to be pepping up some. "Yeah, it's happy time squirt, but you'd better be ready to play and play hard." And there was his natural competitiveness bleeding in again, trying to somehow give a simple game of catch a challenge. Tossing the ball back to Shu he stepped back a few meters, waving on his brother to keep it going. Neither of them were probably hugely accurate at distances, but he wanted to see just who could toss it farther. When it was thrown this time around he had to lean over slightly to snag it, but for the most part it was on point. "See if you can catch this, Shu!" Takeshi shouted, grinning as he leaned back and tossed the ball up high, sending it in an arch over to his brother. "You're an unknown, that's all there is to it. If you didn't have a record with the Galactic Police then I'd be more lenient, but as it stands you're a criminal that I know next to nothing about. You've no reason to be angry or upset with me over this, it's your own behavior that's brought this upon you." He was done dealing with Kiton, there was still the recently defected Saiyan to speak with, and Korian had been itching to do so all day. The fact that Krom was here, and had allegedly come over to their side willingly, something about that just didn't sit right. What exactly was he playing at? There would be someone coming in to handle the Frost Demon, and with that knowledge the rebel leader left with Sayomi in tow, heading to the room where Krom was being held. No efforts were made to hide the fact that there was real, plain disdain for the Saiyan upon entering, and the talk he was giving wasn't helping his stance any. "Of course I know why, and I still think it's complete and utter nonsense," Korian responded, moving to the other side of the table and yanking out the chair, sitting down and leaning across the top, arms folded, "You defected to give us information, that was the gist of what I was told. But why would Krom, the King's right-hand man, defect? And why would he do so during a battle where they were winning? Obviously I'm missing information here because frankly what I was told makes absolutely no sense. I don't suppose you're willing to enlighten me?" It would be a moment until Kiton's escort arrived, and he may be pleasantly surprised by the assignment. After a brief exchange with the guards stationed outside the door opened up, and Sasha entered the room with no one else in tow. Knowing the bad blood between her brother and Kiton she had refused to let Ricken take the job, something which he'd agreed to readily enough without much pressure on her part. Not that she had jumped at the opportunity herself, but in good conscience she couldn't let someone so grossly biased and confrontational handle an escort job. "Looks like they're really trying to keep you under lock and key, huh?" Sasha observed, smiling slightly as she stood at the Frost Demon's side, placing a hand on her hip as she spoke, "You're lucky though, you've been given access to the compound and can even go out in the training grounds and yard, just not off the property. There are a lot of people who're brought here who spend most all their time locked in a room." Korian was being more safe than cruel here, as they still really didn't know Kiton's whole story. Even she and Ricken, who had been there upon meeting him, couldn't vouch for his innocence without any doubts. He'd be fed three times a day, his wounds had been treated and he'd have a decent room to stay in, all in all it wasn't that bad a thing. "Where do you want to go? I'm also here to answer any questions, if you have them. Which... I'd bet you've probably got a few by now."
