The Night Swords - though you may already know - are actually a recognised, though pretty much unknown Chapter; please choose either a known Chapter or, if you must make up one, send me a PM with your home-brewed background.

Second, Librarian [b]or[/b] Close Combat please; he's not a Blood Angel, nor a Space Wolf, and there is no background for the Night Swords as to why he would be involved in close-combat.

Lastly, there are tests conducted on inductees to Astartes Chapters, if he was a Psyker - and thus able to become a Librarian - he would have been plucked immediatly from the ranks and trained by a senior; this guy appears to have spent time in the ranks before being 'discovered', something Marines would not allow to happen.
