I think these character sheets are a great way for starting with a defined character, but they shouldn't be in the way of characters that want to come alive, if you get my drift.
characters evolve throughout the story, but also in your mind it becomes more clear where the emphasis should be on their traits. I know the description of Stella in her character sheet isn't completely what we see in the roleplay, but if you read back the IC posts, it's clear that everybody had already labeled her the arrogant queen bee. It works for me.
