[b]Amazonian messengers carried the following message to the Nehalenian representatives[/b]

To the representatives of Basileus Georgios Theros III,

The Queendom of Amazonia rejects all terms and conditions pressed upon us by your imperialistic ambitions. Your proposition is offensive, to put it nicely.  The [i]Nike[/i], which you all call the RNN Victoria, shall remain in our possession and we shall pay no fines.   We demand that you leave our shores at once.  If you do as we ask, that is leaving our shores, we shall release the eight men, whom you had sent to us bearing that one-sided 'solution' and we shall provide them with an escort to whatever lands in your possession that happens to be closest to our borders.  However, if you shall refuse, we shall do whatsoever we please with these men, whether we toss them into slavery or force them into concubinage.

The fate of these eight men shall be decided by howsoever you choose to respond.  Please pick wisely, lest your men suffer a fate worse than death.
