[b]Appearance[/b] Tuuwa Is a tall, strapping young woman. 6'4'' with a build reminiscent of a Olympic sprinter. She has naturally dark skin, made a touch darker by the many years of her youth spent out in the more arid, flat-land deserts of Vaccuo's lands near the Vale border. She has hard, dark brown eyes and hair as black as obsidian. Its pixie cut short, often under a black cowboy hat. Regardless of her situation she is almost always wearing her signature poncho, a large thing even on her, A dark sandy color with dull-silver thread designs depicting hawks in flight. Casually she tends to wear shorts and tank-tops or short sleeves. Clearly fashionable was never her interest. She enjoyed anything that one would wear in a hot summer more or less. While on the job she wears camo fatigued pants, and a black sleeveless button up top with a silver symbol of hawk with an ax clutched in it's talons on the back. [b]Broad Personality[/b] Tuuwa has a great deal of energy and passion. And while she does her best to temper these powerful qualities proper discipline, they do have a habit of bleeding into various aspects of herself. She grew up in the hard frontier of Vacuo, and it took her time to get used to the abundance of big cities and their crowds, while her schooling saw to that there is still something of the bad-lands in her heart. She frowns on waste and people taking luxuries for granted. She does her best to be self sufficient and not place a burden on other people unless absolutely necessary and even then she refuses to accept charity. Charity is for fools and children. The Word, especially the desert environment she grew up in, offered no charity to anyone. To gain one must also give. It is the balance of the world. [b]Ethics[/b] learning of the criminal heritage of her mother and seeing how the wrongs done by her family had affected her and her father had a profound effect on her. She has a very solid sense of justice. While she has come to accept the world comes in shades of grey it is her first instinct to jump to a write/wrong mind set. If that knee-jerk reaction doesn't end up working out or sitting right with her conscience, she'll step back and examine the situation closer. [b]Goals/Aspirations[/b] To one day grow strong enough to destroy her families criminal empire, to be remembered as a defender, to make frontier lands safer places. [b]History[/b] Life on the Vacuo/Atlus border is a intense one. It is frontier country, very under developed, harsh living conditions, and full of bandits and grim. Living there is dangerous but its necessary for the development of such lands and some rare recourses are also only available in such areas. Here hunters and huntresses are necessary for the survival of the populous, protecting the civilians brave enough to live in this dangerous area. They are probably seen as heroes here more than anywhere else. Tuuwa hardly realized how dangerous the world around her was until she was 8 years old. The year her father was killed by grim. Not a necessarily uncommon thing to happen, but after wards her and her mother moved around a lot. It wasn't until she was 10 that her mother explained why explained why. In Atlas, there is a old and very dangerous criminal organization called 'The Chimara'. Formed one when several largest organized crime lords in the country united in an alliance with only one firm rule, that anyone at anytime could openly challenge for leadership by combat. The Lykke family has held the seat of absolute power over The Chimara for generations now. Her mom was that mans daughter, making Tuuwa his granddaughter. Her mother, not wanting to live the kind of life, profiting on the suffering of others. She ran away, found a man she loved, and eventually gave birth to her. She had no real proof, but she suspected that The Chimara had learned where she was and that they had been responsible for the death of her father. She had never gotten any confirmation on this, but rumors had circulated for years that her the head of the Lykke family had a unique semblance. The power to control grim. It could have been him, it may not be. She intended to take no chances in her daughters safety. It was then that her decision to become a huntress was solidified. She wanted to be strong enough to protect her mother from any possible threat from her grandfather. But when while she was in attending a huntress academy her mother was killed in a grim attack. While there is still no solid evidence, nor any documented proof that any human could developed a semblance to command Grim, Tuuwa is convinced her crime lord grandfather was responsible for their deaths. From that point on they ruthlessly pursued path of a Huntress [b]Non-Combat Skills/Interests[/b] Hunting, as in the hunting for food Surviving harsh conditions Sewing ( she maid her own poncho! ) [b]Combat Style[/b] Tu lives in the mid to close range combat, and thrives when she can move in and out of that range freely. She is swift and brutal, focused power and efficiency are her primary tools. She likes to control the pace of a fight if possible, engaging foes on her terms as much as she can. [b]Strengths[/b] Quick Draw Don't ask her to hit a target half a mile away, but never try to get the jump on her. She can have her gun out and firing into center of mass in the blink of an eye. Solid Build While not a real tanking sort, she is a tough customer as far as they come and can take a hit better than most and keep on fighting. Spirit A tenacious, unyielding, and unwavering spirit. [b]Weaknesses[/b] Over Commits She can lose focus of larger tasks for what lies right before her. This leads to her biting off more than she can chew both in battle and in life. Stubborn Plain and simple this one is. Strategy As in she normally doesn't have much of one, she is a reactor more than planner, dealing with situations as they come rather than approaching them with any sort of finesse. [b]Semblance[/b] 'Pull' Tuuwa has the ability to selectively effect the direction and intensity of her personal gravity. She can use this ability to adjust her while in the air momentum/direction, stick to various surfaces in defiance of traditional gravity, as well as lighten or increase her gravitational weight as to suite her need. [b]Weapon[/b] Huginn and Muninn A pair of twin .50 caliber magnum revolvers. Hand guns of ludicrous size with terrifying firepower. The two hand held cannons will reduce lesser targets to shreds and pack a punch that even a heavily armored beast could feel. While capable of firing dust rounds, it isn't the sort of thing Tu keeps around. Those things can get expensive after all.
