[@MrDidact] I was thinking of a character who can manipulate metal (actually just steel really) on a molecular level I guess, re-shaping it into whatever he wants. So long as he's touching it with his bare hands it flows like liquid into whatever form he wants (just solid objects though - blades yes, guns no).

That said, I've just come across a picture of a black girl wielding fire, so I now have an African-American girl with pyrokinesis powers taking shape in my mind and I may well have to go with her as she's such a strong idea. I'll get a character sheet up in the next 24 hours.
