[@ClocktowerEchos] It's not a bad sheet but there's two big problems. One is that the apocalypse took a long time, it was over a year of decline. And the compound wasn't even around until the end of it. There were no casual ceremonies during this, everything was in shut down. So he needed to be actually doing something during all of this. 

Secondly it's ok that he has no powers but the point of the roleplay is that the characters were all involved in the super powered world somehow. That's why they have positions of power in the society they created. Your PCs are supposed to be the movers and shakers not the average joes of the story. So he needs some editing in that respect. Not all pcs are leaders but the way it's set up is that every former super has a say. So he needs that as well as something special that sets him apart from normal people. Everyone on the team has something special
