I'm going to have to say no to this. The RP is themed to be somewhat of a sci-fi crime drama and for your character to enter the mix it seems very out of place. It feels as though this character was simply torn out of a medieval fantasy and put here with only a few words changed. The power, from what I can read, is quite overpowered and along with the skill of being able to grab people's shadows is too much for such a character to possess.
