Eventually, Liam found the main control room. A bald man in a white coat and a girl with strange glasses were inside. They were identified as an Admin and Aliana respectively. 
 "What do you two think you are doing here?" Liam asked. 
 "You stupid kids wouldn't understand Team Flare's glorious plans." The Admin replied. 
 "You cannot hog all the power at this plant." Liam scolded.
 "We're going to show you three some manners." They called out a Houndoom and Mightyena.
