I think similar to the orks is intended (and I don't recall much mention of female orcs in normal Warhammer either... though they might just be absent). As for pointy ears and hotness: indeed, it can also belong to various fey. Orcs, however, are characterised by very much [i]not[/i] being hot. :P

Though hey, they could still asexually reproduce somehow. Or display even less sexual dimorphism than dwarves.
