[@Adjectives] Clocktower has it right, I allow human or nonhuman characters as long as they have a place in folklore or myth. Pan-dimensional aliens are beyond the scope of the roleplay. The whole thing about traversing universes is way beyond what PCs should be capable of. It's perfectly valid if you want to play someone from a mythic race but I don't like PCs with no initiative of their own. He's basically just there for no reason in particular with no goals or motivations besides being helpful. And yeah his power doesn't really make much sense. 

You're welcome in of course, you just need other ideas or a heavily revised one.
