Her family has a long tradition of martial artists from her mother’s and athletes from her father’s sides respectively. She grew up on the outskirts of Vale in a smaller flat made in a reconstructed attic above the family’s gym. Being human, her childhood was fairly normal save for the high expectations put to her. Choosing to follow both of her parents, she took up archery, combining both fighting and sport. Over the time though, she started leaning towards the martial arts, preferring such lifestyle over the publicity of an athlete. Her mother started teaching her to the full extent, including the morals and life organization that went along with it. Her training bore fruit when she was accepted into combat school, growing the dream of using her skills as a huntress. She was rather disappointed during the first year, as she quickly found out there are always people - and not exactly just a few - that were better than her at what they did. She started training at fanatical levels, frustrated with being average rather than perfect. She discovered her semblance one time when she finally overestimated her abilities, causing her to misjudge a jump and fall off of a four story building. It shows in most parts of her being, from her body language in always assuming quite a rigid, tense stance to her display of emotions, making her seem aloof and stone faced despite not being a cold hearted person. Similar to a crossbow in function, it actually lacks the prod. Instead it has two separate, solid arms mounted on torsion springs to provide the force to eject the projectile. The front is fitted with a laser sight, flashlight and a bayonet for close range. The weapon is fitted with a scope that allows for precision firing up to 500 meters away and hitting the target reliably up to 750. It is capable of taking gravity loaded cartridges with 5 bolts each. The torsion springs are primed using an electric motor, taking power from the two dust batteries that also power the rest of the electronics.
