[@Knight of Doom] I was thinking you're just responsible for reporting to the Guildmaster and issuing orders to the Riders. You're the one who gets instructions for the missions the task force undertakes. While everyone's on mostly equal footing, you will have a bit more seniority than the people under you so they should give you due respect and acknowledge what you say.
