[@Weird Tales]I just went over all the approved CS's and animal powers hasn't really been taken, it's just I had so many CS's with animalistic characters come in at once in the thread and PM's and I swear I saw one that had a werebear... anyway... the kid can look ratty being shorter with a larger nose, bucked teeth, etc. like that kid in Batman Beyond with the army of rats. But don't actually make him a rat human hybrid. 

Would that work?
