[@gaudi]certainly not offended to each their own. I just was stating my views on over powered characters. I mean Jack is pushing boundaries for me even since his power can be increased infinitely by absorbing souls, but I'm sticking VERY heavily to that moral code with him.

But I mean I stared RP when I was like twelve and back then I didn't know about balance or mary sues, and my first character was literally the son of hades and the most OP mary sue of all time. As I wrote him more I constantly was cutting him back making him a better character, but even now his ultimate strengths let him raise armies of the dead and he's still the best mortal archer alive beating out children of Apollo the god of archery, because that adds some flavor. he's not normal he's weird and has traits that probably shouldn't fit together but like real people they do. It's like how I love some really good heavy metal, but my favorite song ever is Jason Mraz "Remedy".

If anything I hope this RP proves that these characters are less powerful than we think. Really put us into that mindset of superhumans who are suddenly scraping by.
