Is it a spacing/centering issue?

One problem I see is that you're using spaces to center something. 50 spaces might make something look centered on a screen of a certain size, but it won't be centered on a screen of any other size.

As [@Ellri]'s link demonstrates, use the [noparse][center]...[/center][/noparse] tags to center things. Center tags are the only way to center something across all devices and screen widths.
