Char seems fine, I'd just like some specifics on the vectors. In technical terms, a vector refers to the direction of a force. As such control over vectors would indicate the ability to alter the direction of any force, including the movement of energy such as heat, or light.

Furthermore, is there any limit as to where these vectors can be applied? Minor telekinesis seems fairly weak, until you realize how little force it takes to crush the frontal lobe. You could effectively perform long-range lobotomy.
