They were friends long after they had been teammates. He'd come into the common room one night and saw her at the table with a deck of cards. No slouch himself, Slick offered to play her. After beating her the first time, he knew he'd found a fellow player. Slick finds her quite attractive, but doesn't want to affect the team dynamics by getting into anything, Eva would kill him.

Gregory isn't one to hide his true feelings and his disgust and hatred against Charles runs deeply. Ever since one unfortunate game with crappy weather and ill-thrown Quaffle, the two have hated each other. At the end of the match, Charles had approached Gregory, shouting insults and jibes he'd never even heard of. But at the mention of Mudblood, Slick lost it, going into a full row with the kid. Charles punched him them and it took the whole of Gryffindor team to pull the hot-headed Chaser off of the slytherin Keeper. To this day he's never told Eva what else Charles said and plans to keep it that way.

"The Ravenclaw girl with the eyes, right? Those are some pretty blues."
While Gregory may not know Elize personally, her appearance has always caught his eye. Early in his time at Hogwarts, he made the mistake of making a crass come on to Elize. A couple of the boys from Gryffindor had been egging him on and Slick had finally given in. He felt he might've gotten somewhere if hadn't acted like an ass the first time he spoke to her. She's ignored him ever since, and not just her usual cold shoulder routine.

"I could spend days telling you about Eva, but if I did, I'd have to kill you."
Eva and Slick have known each other for their full tenure at Hogwarts, getting into Gryffindor the same year. They took to each other well enough and when they were in their second year both made the team as Chasers. This cemented their friendship into an everlasting bond. Sometimes his best friend acts like a goof, but he couldn't ask for anyone better to have had with him through the years. She keeps him level-headed, often keeping him from getting into trouble when people are generally pushing his buttons. But if anyone tries to mess with her, they answer to Slick, first and foremost. People have razzed him about their relationship before, but he always assures them nothing has ever happened.

"Laurel... only girl that works out more than I do and actually gets all of my jokes. If that's not the marker of a good person, I just don't know what it!"
Gregory instantly took a platonic liking to the fit Ravenclaw, finding her quick wit only bested by her trait of finding him hilarious. People that laugh at all his jokes hold a special place in Greg's heart, yet he knows he isn't Laurel's type. Sure, he's conditioned and toned, but she prefers the bulkier types, something she let him know early on in their long-running friendship, in no uncertain terms. He appreciated her honesty and warm company.

"That guy with the bright hair? I feel sorry for the guy, honestly. Always seems to be in pain over something."
While Gregory may be rash, he in no way lacks in intelligence. He's never truly crossed paths with the guy, but has seen him around outside of class. Never with many people, Gregory thinks the guy is hiding a rather painful past that he runs away from. Slick knows of that all too well and hopes the guy can find some peace of mind one of these days. While he finds his usual behavior distasteful, Gregory finds himself feeling a bit of empathy for the slippery Slytherin.

"That slimy Ravenclaw? He gives me the creeps, I think he's low-key always up to something."
If there was a dude that you shouldn't believe, it was this guy. How Johnson didn't end up in Slytherin is beyond Slick's comprehension, who has witnessed his conniving ways with his own two eyes. He's the typical sheister, one of those guys that'll sell you a leaky boat and smile as it sinks under you.

"That son of a b!tch? I don't care who you are, you're just going piss me off if you talk about him."
They may have been some of the only Americans in Hogwarts other than Tadeo, but that never gave Slick any feeling of kinship with the guy. He'd been told by multiple kids the problems Lucas caused with his lies, causing chaos between students to achieve his goals. For a Hufflepuff, Lucas gives off a sinister vibe to Slick. There'd been more than a few times Slick and Luke would've fought, but Eva or other teammates usually defused the situation. During matches, he keeps a special eye out for him and his bludgers. They always come at the worst time and are usually aimed somewhere nasty, which he knows is no accident. If Luke catches him on an off moment, Slick swears the kid will need a new set of chompers.

"Lil' Maddie? She's alright in my book."
Gregory doesn't know Madison all that well, but they have been known to share a word or two. Initially, Slick tried flirting with Madison when they'd first talked in a Charms class. After awhile, he noticed that she talked to most people in a similar way and that she just must not have been aware. He respects her, because she's never disrespected him.

"Not bad, for a Slytherin."
They haven't ever really talked and Gregory has only seen her in classes. They're mostly strangers to each other. He admires her ambition and drive to learn, always hearing her voice at least once per class they shared.

"Teddy? I'll tell you, once you're past his pushiness, he's a good guy."
Gregory has never had a problem with Tadeo, unlikely as it were he being a Slytherin. This stuck with Gregory and so he didn't inherit the automatic Gryffindor/Slytherin rivalry with the guy. Even with the one good apple, Tadeo, most students that did push his buttons were Slytherins. So maybe there is something to that grudge.

"He's a good guy and a good friend to Eva. And any friend of hers is a friend of mine."
The day he made his team, Slick thought the kid had deliberately tried to attack Eva. That put them on the wrong foot immediately, but Eva told him that the guy had apologized and had a personality. Trusting her word, Slick welcomed him with open arms and has never regretted it. He found that Tommy understood him on the level only other Muggleborns can. Now if the guy could just learn to play a decent hand of poker...

"He's intense and fashionable, I'll give him that."
Wyatt and Gregory never really saw eye to eye, but that's not out of a sense of dislike. With Wyatt's naturally bossy demeanor, Slick never really took to the guy. Even so, Greg admits that the kid is a good Seeker and above average flier. Slick won't go out of his way to be chummy, but he does nod or say hello to the guy from time to time.[/indent]
