Okay, that seems to be fine. For balance reasons I'm going to state that there's going to be a limit on the amount of power that can be redirected using the vector control, but where you place this limit is up to you. Remember that all characters are allowed, ranging from godlike to average joe. The more powerful characters will simply be limited to 'higher level' areas.
