Anyway, how much would you be against a Void Demon. Basically it would look like this in abilities, although they're very synergetic.

+Ultimate Regen
+Magic Resistance
+Great Melee Strength
+Immune to Energy Leech, instead causing negative effects to whatever leeches energy from them.
+Leeches Energy from whatever they touch, eventually causing whatever runs out of energy to start to fade into the Void/die. Things being touched can't regenerate energy while being touched. More powerful impacts drain more energy.
+Absorbed energy increases Speed which dissipates over time. 
+Ability to absorb moderately powerful energy blasts via Void Shield. (think Super 17 from the games, IE able to absorb standard blasts and level 1 supers, but has to stand still and channel to use it, leaving them open to rushes. And of course Ultimates just go right through it.)

-Unable to use any ranged or Ki based moves besides flight. This includes non damaging ones such as Solar Flare.
-Unable to use Digital Technology
-Slow starting movement.
