With what you have put here, there are some decent cons to balance out the strong melee fighting so that's good. Well yeah, I specified that the void thing killed more or less, or clarified rather. Ultimate Regen is basically Majin Regen except it also works vs some extreme magic abilities such as Soul Split and the like, but isn't as instantaneous or blood free. And without a majin's body manipulation, poison or Baby stuff will affect them for a decent amount of time and the like, same with Psionic attacks as well. And imagine the downsides of having this regen and knowing you have it, how would that make the character act? I know Deadpool is pretty fun because of it :P.

To be fair, its a character with 0 ki attacks, which in DBZ, are sort of a big thing. No planet busting, for example.
