It was difficult to track down the direction of the scent... With so many others mingling here, it was hard to catch something so faint... 

The lithe brunette's efforts were interrupted, unfortunately, as he caught a fresher scent in the area. Swiveling around to find its source, he soon noticed another male... seemingly with a tail of his own? As he approached, he eventually noticed that the tail didn't quite seem to come from the man himself, but rather the creature on his shoulder... whatever it was.
