Kyato posted a bounty on Randy, which Titan plans to collect. If Kyato didn't want Randy captured, he should have just redacted the bounty, but because of his current predicament, he'll have to pay the bounty or pay out the contract. Titan would never just take a job, go through all this trouble and [b]not[/b] get paid ;D So he took Kyato for the sake of appearances and for the money.
