Well the only reason Alice is the way she is, is because Hormones really, she has both...So it makes her kinda crazy. 

And Izumi doesn't have emotions or know too much about common manners so the only thing that may be wrong with her is her getting too close to you and in your personal space, she would only bash Itsuko and Sasha's heads in before throwing them into the brig, and she'd just hit them till they'd get incapcitated and then just keep them in the brig at night so they won't try to.....You know....Get at Luci. Or she'd tazed them instead.
