Well first off the story is something I cannot reveal in anyway shape or form as it will spoil it and I have a bad habit of doing that. But I will be doing a series of arcs that will piece together a bigger picture. However to ensure everyone has something to do other arcs will be running that will be run by the GM's, Co-GM's and even some players as we are more than happy to take suggestions for some interesting arc ideas. So while I will try involve everyone I can in the arcs I have planned it wont be possible to get everyone in but I will rotate the people involved in each arc to make sure pretty much everyone gets a shot in these arcs. 

As for the mechanics they aren't that much of a bother to Captains and seeing as a position just opened up we could try you there and see how you get along. That means you wont have to focus on points and just focus on RPing instead.
