Her parents had been the cliché of the boy falling for the girl next door after being friend what seemed like forever. On the day of their graduation, he had pulled his courage together to tell her the truth of his feeling which she had accepted. It wasn't long before the two were in separable from one another which lead to Katie's two twin older brothers, Dylan and Ryan. Soon after they were married and a year after Katie was on the way, the other three (Sean, Gavin, Patrick) following throughout the years. Being in a house full of boys, Katie learned to toughen up and join into the rough play not wanting to be left out in anything. Most of her young years, she was just one of the boys and didn't understand most of the girls in her class who would rather play with dolls then get dirty playing ball. It wasn't until she started seeing boys in a different light that she took up with more "girly" ways as her brothers called it. In highschool, Katie found her love of art and the wanting to create something new so after graduation she started up a very small clothing business which was noticed by a high clothing brand by luck. They wished to have her join the company but that would mean moving away from Ireland and everything she knew to go to New York. After the encouragement from her family to follow her dreams, she left. It didn't seem like that much time had passed at all before the virus hit the world, leaving Kat to wonder if her family had made it or who she might have lost.

Katie has a head of curly auburn red hair that falls to her chest when dry which frames an oval shaped face with soft features. Her very fair skin dusted with light freckles over the bridge of her nose and shoulders. The iris of her eyes a olive green with a light gold circling the pupil if you are close enough to look that deep into them. She stands at the height of 5'4

Wyatt lost his mother when he was very young to a car accident so it is hard to remember much about her other then the little things (Smell, the way she laughed, her gentle ways). She was just a young woman at the prime of her life that was taken to soon and it almost killed his father losing her so suddenly. They pulled through it together though and everything seemed that much better when his father was able to fall in love again. The two dated and after a lot of thought and time, they married which gave way to his half sister Kelsey. Sadly, fate was just cruel and his fathers new love was getting sicker and sicker the closer to Kelsey's birth. She didn't make it which completely destroyed anything left of his father, nothing he said made the man feel better. The man just wasted away with a broken heart which left Wyatt not quite old enough to care for his bran new sibling and no one stepping in to take care of them. That is when his father's co worker stepped up to take care of them, his wife not being able to have kids and the other man respected his father.
They had a good life with they Johnsons and Kelsey even took their last name. Wyatt worked hard down at shipping docks and any odd job he could to pay for college, wanting to really get into police work and help save people. When the virus hit, Kelsey didn't make it and also spread it to his adopted family which broke his heart. 

Wyatt has shaggy black hair that never seem to be tame(Even if he tries) and it falls into deep chocolate brown eyes. Sun kissed skin covering a strong muscled physique gained through constant hard labor and training. A scar on his side from a bad run in when the towns went crazy for supplies and he hadn't been armed with a weapon which changed fast. He stands at the height of 5' 9
