West Virginia is covered in rain forecasts it seems. The heaviest rain is around the cities of Speed, Gandeeville, Kenna, Young, Looneyville, Gay, Ripley, Fairplain, and Statts Mills. All in SEW V: South East West Virginia. Where they SEW V-necked clothes.
