I dunno. Juvia [i]was [/i]S-Class, and Natsu and Grey are both very high A-Class mages.

What's-her-face, the girl who can drink ridiculous amounts of alcohol, is A-class, but of what I've seen of her she couldn't stand toe-to-toe with any of those three. (With the exception of that Grand Spell she's got.)
