Depending on how high tiers we can grow in the multiverse, even the Evvie I'm using for it without demigod form could take on a lot of the dreamers but not having the raw power of demigod form.

That's only one part of the Aesr. The seidhr, the visible energy  The galdhr aspect hasn't been taken into account. But a clever application can probably be used to destroy a world or system. Well if you think a Dreamer is op, consider the power of those that beat a dreamer in a fight. You'll rapidly learn that what you consider overpowered here may not be on some other site.
