The Grey Checkpoint was second only to the White in it's security level, the Grey district having walls about it with small gates every few yards or so. Each gate was manned by at least three soldiers armed with stunners and standing at attention. There was an officer at each gate as well in a small kiosk beside the door who checked the credentials of each person looking to pass through. Jenga slowed to a walk, drawing one of his few identification cards from his bag and keeping it in hand as he approached the nearest bored looking officer. A moment later, he was passing through the checkpoint with a tired 'goodnight' coming his way from the rather bored looking young officer. He couldn't see the faces of the soldiers, since they had reflective visors in their helmets, but he could feel their eyes on him briefly as he walked by.
