Not exactly. Haha.

Joseph is the grandson of my universes God of Creation, nepehw to various other 'super high' Gods(existence, Nexus, Paradii, etc. Don't ask). His power, however, is a branch of Creation, called Imagination. Making him an Imaginist. In other words, he can manipulate his imagination. To a higher degree now due to having stolen Ouroboros from Rilla. 

Fun fact: Original concept Joseph's abilities stemmed from being able to mimic other people's abilities if he saw them.
