Well, there are two large-scale stories occurring. The first is the Siege of the Dragon Emperor's Capital, in Tsubasa. The second is the conversation being held between Valantus, Lina and the Colonel in Tor-6. These are the only two realms with a plot, as it were, as in each of these realms events are taking place with long-term ramifications.

You could introduce Danger Duck to Tor-6, where he would be faced with an oppressive regime lead by The One, the invasion of Line Inverse and Paladin Valentus, and the champion of Nightmares, James.

Alternatively he could move to Tsubasa. There all his technological gadgets would become magical. He could then be introduced either to the small group currently in the Western country-side, or the larger group laying siege to Aegis.
