Don't worry about the demons, having 8 of them isn't a requirement. Other demons can be added along the way or just be implied of being stored in the Demon Summoning Program for later use. Stock demons are just there in case anyone feels like switching up the demons they use or invoking new ones, you don't even have to make use of them if you don't want.
