...As I've said, you should be starting at level 10. We kinda got rid of levels, as a whole, thanks to Kabling's continued hatred for editing his list of apps. If your character evolves via level, then, depending on how high the level they evolve at is, they could evolve anywhere from after their first dungeon/mission, or after their tenth, or something.
