Name: Infer Appearance: Infer currently possesses two forms: his true form, and a biosuit form to surpress his true power. He nominally prefers existing in his true form, but for the sake of disguise or diplomacy, he will enter his surpressed form as he sees fit; incidentally, since said biosuit form is not his "real" form, he will be fully healed upon transforming up into his true form.
Infer's surpressed form is not dissimilar to that of the previous royal family, as is typically the case with most Arcosians: a thick white bone casing covers much of his skull, with two black horns jutting straight out from the sides, with similar thick coverings on his forearms and lower legs, and a moderately thinner covering on his chest and shoulders. Much of the rest of his skin is tinted a pale green colour, though two bright orange biogems have grown around the end of his tail and at the center of his abdomen, and rows of segmented off-white biogems make themselves known on the sides of his face, as well as down the shins of his leg plates. The whole biosuit compresses Infer's height down to about 152cm tall, with a weight of around 52kg and a somewhat stocky build; his eyes are a naturally deep purple colour, though their true colour is in fact derived from the shades of ultraviolet light that humans cannot perceive naturally. For the sake of self-disguise to avoid harassment whilst away from his palace, he will often hide this appearance within a standard Arcosian travelling and mercantile outfit, consisting of a thick hooded white cloak, a blue air-circulating mask with red lenses which both filter light and provide a heads-up display for the wearer, and some sort of clothing underneath the cloak; whilst this is typically a traditional dark blue and green outfit, Infer prefers to wear custom Battle Armour based on the most advanced model available at the time, presently a two-piece dark grey suit that covers his whole chest and extends down to his knees, with flexible light green segmenting on the short rounded shoulder plates, the chest piece's side padding, and across the kneecaps of the lower piece, plus appropriately-fitting boots of the same dark grey colour with green segmenting on the sides.

Infer is far taller than average for a true form Arcosian of his age, at around 220cm tall, yet his weight rests at "merely" 100kg, giving him a very lean, even somewhat lanky appearance. His skin is the same pale green as in his biosuit, with the same off-white biogems growing to either side of his face, and his eyes remain an ultraviolet purple, but his lips gain a natural dark green tint, and the orange biogem on his tail extends to its middle, whilst the gem on his abdomen covers the center of his body up to and including his sternum, and down to hip level. Whilst a certain amount of bone plating grows across his chest, there is none across his shoulders or back, and none covering his skull, though the bone plates round his forearms and lower legs remain in place as is usual for an Arcosian, and another row of off-white segmented biogems grows on his arm plates in addition to those on his leg plates. Though he has no need for clothing in either form, he generally prefers not to wear clothes in this form unless specifically asked to do so, though he may or may not retain his Battle Armour depending on how badly damaged it is at the time.
Age: 46 Race: Arcosian Gender: N/A - As part of a hermaphroditic race, Infer has no need to distinguish between multiple genders. Personality: On account of both his higher-than-average intellect and his noble upbringing, Infer sees himself as naturally above others of his kind, and often of other races too, but has not had the experience of his father in either battle or politics to temper this worldview; thus, he tends to come off as arrogant to a fault, even when he means well, to the extent that he basically had to be bullied into developing his surpressed form on account of not seeing any good reason to "put himself at the level of his subjects". He has improved his control in this regard over time, such that he does not seek to deliberately offend people with his tone most of the time, but still seeks to prove he is the best at as many things as he can, up to and including perfecting his energy control in his true form so that he never has to transform down into his surpressed form, and frequently training himself to increase his power. That being said, he has an unusual fascination with other sapient species and cultures, something which his parents disapprove of on account of it distracting from his future rule over his own race, and especially since he rarely learns a lot about any one race, his fairly busy schedule often precluding such a thing; said fascination is the root of a tendency to try and observe his surroundings in detail when in foreign territory, be that on- or off-planet, and subsequently to preserve them through minimisation of collateral damage if he is for whatever reason forced into combat in that location, thus his preference for melee over ranged combat. Bio: Infer was born into a life of relative luxury. Whilst this at first didn't quite register with his younger self, it escalated his personality into that of a typical "rich boy" by the age of twenty, though keen insistence otherwise on the part of his father Pyre has since reduced this tendency. He would otherwise possess a fairly vanilla, even somewhat bland personality and life, had it not been for a particular encounter in his early childhood wherein he discovered his mother and father talking to a couple of human representatives about interracial trade policies. The strange pinkish creatures standing before him were like eye candy to a child who had until then never seen a non-Arcosian before, and he had a lot of questions about them, eventually saved for later, when he got the chance to talk with one of them for twenty minutes or so. This cemented a fascination with the other races of the universe that has persisted throughout his life, and though he has often not had the time to do so between education, training, and his parents' mild disapproval, he has remained adamant that he will eventually learn about the biology and culture of as many species as possible in as much detail as he can. This in part affected his decisions about a week ago when, out of the blue, his father commanded him to investigate the recent seizing of various planets by various agents, as these recaptures were often resulting in the deaths of innocent Arcosians, and Infer had not yet had a chance to demonstrate his initiative in various practical scenarios. Infer thought about it, and eventually decided to head to the planet known as Earth - he knew that it hosted at least two native races, humans and majins, and was often home to many races from other worlds, including demons that might recently have been present within the universe at another location, and in having been there was now privy to the secrets of the buyers of the lost planets; plus, he'd finally get an opportunity to study a great many races in a multicultural environment, an opportunity he felt that he couldn't afford to miss. Thus, he took a small transport to the planet in question, landing just outside one of its cities, and is currently preparing to begin his investigation-slash-species study. Aura Color: Lime Green Preferred Fighting Style: Melee - Infer absolutely prefers fighting at close-range to prevent collateral damage to the interesting environments around him, with many of his signature techniques being ineffective at long range, though he has made sure to include long-range techniques aside from the basic ki blasts, waves and kiais in his arsenal too, as well as something to counter to the ranged techniques of others.
Electric Six: Infer's primary ranged technique, he generates six balls of electrically-charged plasma around one wrist, then fires them at the target as ultrafast bolts of lightning, rotating them as the previous one is fired like the chambers of a revolver. These end up being very tough to dodge, particularly since being hit with one will result in a paralytic effect that is likely long enough for him to hit the target with those that are left over, and can be fired off in very rapid succession after the initial formation period. Inferno Shot: Infer's secondary ranged technique, the Arcosian forms a ball of sticky, superheated green plasma, then throws it at the target; once it is as close to them as it is likely to get, Infer detonates it, spraying ultrahot fluid across a wide area that is likely to severely burn the target, if not burn through the target or even set them on fire. He prefers to not use this technique if possible, since it causes fairly significant collateral damage to the surroundings, but he finds it useful against relatively fast-moving foes. Magna Field: Infer's counter-range technique, he magnetically charges his aura in a specific pattern that billows it out into a small sphere surrounding him, and encourages approaching ki attacks to, rather than strike him head-on, change their paths and fly around him for just long enough to gain a bit more speed and momentum, and then to be sent flying straight back at the person who fired them. This often catches people off-guard the first time they experience it, and knowing that it exists often discourages the use of further ranged attacks, though large barrages of ki attacks may end up interfering with one another's orbit and/or return paths, and extremely wide and powerful ki beams or waves are substantially less likely to be affected by such an effect unless Infer specifically increases the magnetic field's power due to the energy in the attack overwhelming said magnetic field, or at best simply being forced out of the field after moving behind him by the additional oncoming energy within the wave. Telekinesis: A moderately powerful ki-based technique allowing Infer to manipulate inanimate objects and substances such as rocks, trees, and water, as well as his own ki attacks when necessary, though not those of his opponent or the opponent themselves unless he is almost overwhelmingly stronger than them. Orbit Rush: An erratic and fairly odd melee technique, Infer kicks off of an opponent and begins flying round them in one direction, gradually homing inward before abruptly attacking them from another random direction out of the orbit path, then repeating the sequence in the opposite direction. Due to the relatively random nature of when he chooses to strike an opponent whilst orbiting, predicting where he is going to strike can be difficult, though it is possible if one can perform complicated trajectory calculations in the middle of a battle. Blades of the Royal Pyre: Green ki blades emerge from Infer's wrists and/or tail, which are sharp enough to cut through most substances and opponents if Infer manages to hit with them, and are hot enough to severely burn the area around whatever gets cut in such a way that the target will still bleed, if the target is in fact capable of bleeding in the first place. Nuclear Strike: Infer punches an opponent, covertly sending a small but concentrated ball of ki into their body, then detonates it inside them when their guard is down to cause massive internal damage, a possibly instantly lethal effect if detonated in the right area; this ki ball can take the form of a basic blast, or be formed as a variant upon his Inferno Shot or an Electric Six lightning ball. However, being inside their bodies, the target can use their own ki to disarm this hidden bomb quite easily if they figure out what's happened before it's too late, necessitating a certain degree of trickery from Infer to ensure they do not realise that they are on a metaphorical timer. Death Pincer: Infer moves to the side of an opponent, then uses his elbow to strike and force down the target's skull from behind whilst bringing his knee up to smash into the front of their skull, in an attempt to crush it between two quite small pressure points. Executed correctly, this move is more than capable of instantly killing a weaker or sufficiently-drained opponent, variously fracturing their braincase, shattering their skull, or even completely pasting their head depending on the power difference at the time, though the windup for the attack is fairly obvious, requires fairly precise positioning in order to avoid the force of the blow slipping around the target's skull for the most part, and cannot be used effectively against larger opponents, this particularly applying to Infer's surpressed form when facing off against average human-sized opponents due to its relatively small stature. Green Sun Wasting: Infer's ultimate technique, named after the titles the new royal family has taken and only used when his opponent refuses to die to lesser techniques, he pours ki into his aura until it bloats outward, turning quite a wide area around him into a green inferno hot enough to almost instantly turn solids into gases and gases into plasmas, and energetic enough that weaker ki blasts will often be absorbed into his aura outright, only serving to further increase the energy within it. Naturally, this is an extraordinarily damaging technique at close-to-medium range, but is easily avoided by staying far away, and takes a lot of energy to maintain. Even so, and if all else fails and Green Sun Wasting fails to kill an opponent, Infer can either reabsorb the energy currently in his aura back into himself for a final few minutes of direct combat, or perform one of two actions, both of which are placed under the label of... Green Sun Supernova: Typically, but not strictly a last-ditch effort to finish off a particularly persistent opponent if Green Sun Wasting fails, Infer does one of two things with the energy in his aura. The first is to release all of the energy at once, along with most of his ki reserves, in a gigantic explosion centered on him, something which is very likely to hit the opponent, and extremely damaging to both them and the local biome for the same reasons as Green Sun Wasting, though said explosion will eventually fade (as is normal for an explosion), and detonating his aura like this leaves Infer almost completely defenseless should anything in the vicinity survive. The second possibility is that, rather than expending all of his power at once, Infer can transfer the energy engorging his aura, along with as much energy from his remaining ki reserves as he desires and/or actually possesses, into a massive green plasma ball and throw it, an attack quite capable of dealing gigantic amounts of damage without completely draining the energy remaining to Infer after the fact, and which can even be increased in size and energy content or pre-emptively detonated by firing additional ki blasts into it, but said damage is dealt in a more focused area than the first variant of the attack, and is therefore more readily blocked or dodged. To wit, the parallels to Frieza's technique of similar name are deliberate: the second variant of Green Sun Supernova in particular is more than capable of completely destroying a planet if the energy ball is allowed to take out the planet's core, though Infer typically only attempts to destroy the planet they're on outright if attempting to basically ragequit a fight and kill his opponent via the vacuum of space, otherwise tending to only go for this second variant if he for some reason wants to continue fighting after hitting the opponent with a giant ball of burning plasma. That said, even the first variant will leave a massive area of land and air on the planet as ash, dust, subatomic particles, and/or a gigantic hole, which has a tendency to seriously mess up a planet's atmosphere, food chain, and various other factors which may well spell the end of life on that planet as an indirect consequence. Naturally, he tries to avoid using either on planets which have any sort of self-sustaining life on them, since he's not aiming to be Frieza 2.0.
