History: 
Henryk claims to have been out in the wastelands, to have survived out there for years and have returned to help others make it out there. anything other than that is unknown, he seemingly came out of nowhere and never speaks of any other path. He usually manages to pass this off through strategic use of his mental instability, often appearing on the line between insane and enlightened, lending some small credibility to his claim...or not, depending on your perspective. though in truth he is a very effective Hitman working for an inner circle boss known only as "The Baron".
