[/quote] ((he wasn't limited is the thing and he outputs no mystical energy, even when using magic and if you put a limiter on him then you put a limiter on his seal, releasing his real powers unrestrained by the limiters that limited his limiter -_- basically, you're screwed if you limit him before he releases his seal (the act of which would actually level the village and anything weaker than bob) or jack could fight him fairly and wait for him to release his seal like an actual seer would so he could lock down all his power
