KONOHA "WYNTER" SHIROE,ROOFTOP.
He calmly took each step up toward the rooftop. His light blue letter bag felt weightless, which he knew would not last long. For soon, he would receive his textbooks. Then homework, then articles, then notes, and assignments, and--. The list went on in his head. He yawned sleepily, ad put his hand up to his mouth. He approached the roof door, and turned the knobe and pushed the door open slightly, making his way outside, and closing the door shut behind him. He sighed, and turned back around. Only to discover. A teacher! Wait, he was already scolding another student. Wynter stood frozen. Could he sneak away? His legs wouldn't move. He could NOT get in trouble this early in the game! His aunt would kill him. Suddenly, a scream, sending a ring in his ears, came from not to far away. His head turned attentively, and he ran up to the fence around the railing around the roof that kept people from simply just walking off the edge of the building and falling to their death. He flung open his letterbag, and pulled out his phone. He dialed the three numbers. No! He was an idiot! This wasn't America! Would nine one one even work? He pushed the device back into his bag. No, even if he had called, no-one could save those people. Blood, everywhere. He could see the painted walls as far as the other side of the school. Walls, painted in the blood of people he had been around for the past week. Their existances just. Dissapearing in mere instants. he hadn't even known about such carnage until a few moments ago. A murder? No, he realized then what he was dealing with. He was anticipating this moment, but the sudden move had thrown him off guard. How could he consider himself a survivalist without even having a plan? He immediately sprung to the rooftop door. What could he use to bar it? That's it! A drainage pipe ran down into the building to the right of the door. He pulled off his right shoe, and beat the sides of the pipe used to connect it to the wall. After he unhinged it, he began crushing the pipe, smashing it with hit foot multiple times. It was hollow, and almost as vulnerable as aluminum, but it would give him some time to think should those things make their way up here. Just as he was about to bar the already locked door, he froze, and turned around quickly. Two of them were still here! Where they bitten? He Grabbed hold of the top of the door frame, and pulled himself on top of the roof of the stairs, which was about 10 feet up from the roof where the teacher and student were. The pip was finished, all he had needed to do was stick it into the door. Sadly, he left it on the floor without completing his task. He backed away slowly until only his head was visible to the two as he peered down at them. "H-h-hello....?" he said, with a hint of confusion that seemed to ask, "What are you doing up here?" and "Are you bitten?". Though he wasn't sure what kind of zombies these were. Did the virus only come via a bloodborne disease? Were the schools water fountains poisoned? He shuddered at all the horrific possibilities.
