Pretty sure is lough (like cough) borough (like burrow) 

LIke Kansas is not (Ar)kansas. 

I don't claim ownership to any of my statuses that are hilarious. I repeat things that I found to be funny to give someone a chuckle that reads it. That particular one was from tumbler. Only about half my statuses are my own concoctions. 

edit: or I imagine it could also be "(low=borrow) phonetically.
