[@MelonHead] I feel as though the armor bowing inwards as it was struck with the combination of his own momentum and Shin's fist would have the same effect on Metz as the punch alone. Because with all the added weight behind everything, the armor is more of a hindrance than it is an advantage. Though I will call Skallagrim on this one, I'm not totally sure myself.

Mostly because the armor is poorly constructed and wouldn't hold up as well as quality armor.
