[@KoL] Well that's because the revolvers he's using has big barrels and cylinders for shotgun shells, so really he's wielding two revolver shotguns really with magnum shells to do ranged damage, before you ask how I know this, the gun is in the game of mgsv and uses said shells when loading and firing and in it's descriptions it mentions which ammunition that the weapon carries, it's called a uragan and one of the version of it is a non lethal version that fires rubber shells.
