[@Raijinslayer] i'm going to make this simple..if Revan intervenes Ira won't fight anymore. Just wouldn't be fair. According to your description...Ring of Sloth would have no affect on Ira's attack seeing as its already left his hands. On the other hand if Ira's in range the ring will affect his personality
