Outside with Team RPG Sparks laughed at Kiara's words. ”I've actually never played DnD – that's a tabletop game, not a console or computer one. But if you're interested I'm sure we could try it sometime! As for party classes, well, there's a few standard ones. There's usually your fragile spellcaster, the dumb tank, the ranged fighter, and your sneaky thief. Depending on the system, there may be others – DPS – erm, damage per second is one for MMOs, and of course there's the healer class too, which is between tank and spellcaster in hit points, and how hard they can hit, both with casts and physically. A good party is balanced, of course, and each member has a role.” The boy chatted happily, answering any questions Kiara might have as he tried to simplify a great deal of knowledge into a basic lesson. Bits felt it before her brother, and she paused, turning her head as she tried to pinpoint the source. The feeling of someone casting, but it was so strong! This can't be right, nobody uses this kind of Alchemy here, she thought, frowning and moving forward again to tap her brother on the shoulder. He nodded back – he felt it too, now, and was equally confused. Then Ms. Julie's voice sounded in their heads, telling them that they should get to the underground bunkers. Cams! Sparks thought. He would be in the cafeteria – and with the press, will he be okay? I hope he remembers the other route... Fortunately that other route started near the cafeteria, so he'd be able to hook up with Cams if they were lucky. “C'mon, guys, I know a better way. Follow me!" The group was just outside the door when the world exploded. Bits drew on her physical training and rolled as she hit the ground, gaining a couple bruises from debris but returning to her feet in short order. Sparks did similarly, though he wasn't nearly as good as his sister and couldn't roll to his feet smoothly as she could – especially with someone on him.. And now the young woman moved into her combat mode, putting her feelings aside and focusing on the task at hand. They had to get to the bunker, as Kiara said, and with the panic no doubt ensuing from the explosion of the cafeteria – They blew up the cafeteria?! – the alternate route Sparks had shown her would indeed be best. She looked at the little group around her. Kiara was getting up, and Omari was sitting on Sparks, who was trying to shove him off. “Come,” she told them, waiting to make sure she had their attention before heading off at an angle, away from the.../thing/ that Ben had become, her sibling keeping pace at her side. Around the demolished cafeteria, and to the far side, where Sparks caught sight of a familiar head of pale hair. “Cams!” Sparks waved at the younger boy to get his attention, his eyes immediately taking in the blood on his front, and worried expression. “Hey, are you hurt? Let's get to safety and then patch you up.” His friend wasn't the only one with blood on him. A redheaded girl was /covered/ in it, and she seemed banged up. And there was AJ too. Bits' eyes lit on Cams when her brother called his name, but there wasn't time to worry about how badly injured he or those around him were. If they were mobile, they needed to move. “Hurry,” she told the group, both those that had followed her and the ones with Cam. “Come.”
