Basic weapon bunkers are common knowledge for anyone who has been in AMRO for an year or more. 

These bunkers will include a variety of high end weaponry, both anti alchemic as well as futuristic etc. To get the prototype body armor you will either need permission from instructors or wreck the lock and steal em. =p
