By default, I've always assumed that Keisuke is up on higher floors when leveling. Since he's a higher level, wouldn't that make sense, considering [@Robo27] mentioned he was grinding while heading down the floors slowly?

Either way, doesn't make too much of a difference. IC, it won't be too hard to find Keisuke. The reason should be obvious.
